1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the service, creating an account, submitting a URL, generating a video, or purchasing credits or subscriptions, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
2. The Service
URL to Video helps users turn webpages, product pages, campaign pages, and related assets into downloadable brand videos.
The service may include URL fetching, webpage analysis, screenshots, AI-assisted scripting or visual generation, rendering, storage, downloads, retries, job history, credits, billing, and account management.
We may improve, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We will try to provide reasonable notice when a material change affects paid users.
3. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, OAuth accounts, sessions, API keys, and all activity under your account.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or are used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
4. Your Content and Permissions
“Your Content” includes URLs, prompts, text, images, brand assets, uploaded files, webpage data, generated videos, feedback, and any other material you submit to or create with the service.
You retain ownership of Your Content, subject to any rights held by third parties. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, transform, display, store, transmit, and otherwise use Your Content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
You represent that you have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed to submit Your Content and to use the generated outputs for your intended purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before publishing, advertising, distributing, or relying on them.
5. Generated Outputs
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated videos for personal or commercial purposes.
Generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to outputs generated for others, or unsuitable for a particular use. You should independently review outputs for factual accuracy, rights clearance, brand fit, and legal compliance.
We do not guarantee that generated videos will be unique, error-free, free of third-party rights, or accepted by any platform, advertiser, marketplace, or social network.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not submit or generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, abusive, sexually exploitative, discriminatory, or that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual property, platform, or advertising laws.
You must not use the service to impersonate others, mislead viewers, create fraudulent ads, harvest data unlawfully, distribute malware, bypass access controls, overload systems, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with other users.
You must not submit private, paywalled, confidential, or restricted webpages unless you have authorization to process that content through the service.
7. Third-Party Services
The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, databases, authentication, email, analytics, payment processing, queueing, AI or video processing, and other infrastructure.
Third-party websites, URLs, models, payment providers, and integrations are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, security, or practices.
If you submit a third-party URL, you are responsible for complying with the website owner’s terms, robots rules, intellectual property rights, and applicable laws.
8. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments
Certain features may require credits, paid plans, or subscriptions. Prices, included usage, credit costs, renewal periods, and limits are shown in the product or checkout flow.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for purchases, renewals, taxes, and applicable fees.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable, credits have no cash value, and unused credits may expire according to the plan or product rules.
We may change prices, plan features, credit allocations, or usage limits. For recurring subscriptions, material price increases will apply at the next renewal after reasonable notice where required.
If payment fails, we may suspend paid features, downgrade your account, or restrict access until payment is completed.
9. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors own the service, software, interfaces, workflows, templates, branding, documentation, and underlying technology.
These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks, logos, source code, models, infrastructure, or other intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as permitted.
Feedback you provide may be used without restriction or compensation to improve the service.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using the service, you acknowledge the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. You may request account deletion through available product settings or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or limit features if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay, abused the service, or used the service in a way that could harm us, users, third parties, or the public.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, error-free, accurate, or that generated videos or stored files will not be lost, delayed, degraded, or altered.
You are solely responsible for determining whether outputs are appropriate for your business, legal, advertising, brand, and compliance needs.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, URL to Video and its affiliates, providers, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, content, or business opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim arose or USD $100.
14. Indemnity
If you use the service for a business or organization, you will indemnify and hold harmless URL to Video, its affiliates, providers, and personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice when appropriate.
Your continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
